Pack and send your PS5

Follow these steps once your booking is confirmed. Send the console only.

  1. Prepare the console

    • Remove discs, cables, controllers and the detachable stand.
    • Back up saves if possible. Photograph the console and serial number.

  2. Wrap and box it

    • Wrap the console in bubble wrap and protect the corners and ports.
    • Use a sturdy outer box with padding on every side. Fill gaps so the console cannot move.
    • If using the original retail box, put it inside a padded outer box.

  3. Add the box slip

    • Print the box slip from your repair page and put it inside. No printer? Write your booking reference on a sheet of paper.
    • Seal the box with parcel tape and photograph the packed parcel.

  4. Label and send

    • If you chose our postage, wait for your prepaid label and print it.
    • Attach your postage label flat. Cover or remove old labels and barcodes.
    • Drop off the parcel as instructed with your label. Keep proof of posting.
