What does the £60 include?
A replacement HDMI port, fitting, and picture and sound testing. Postage is separate.
How does postage work?
At booking you see live courier prices for your postcode — collection from your door, drop-off services or premium options. You can also arrange your own courier to send it — this is a postal-only service, so there is no in-person drop-off or collection. We add nothing to the courier’s price.
How do I pay?
Pay the postage up front so we can book your labels, then the £60 repair after it’s done — or pay everything at once at booking. Klarna may be offered on full payments at checkout, subject to availability and approval.
What if it needs another repair?
We contact you with a quote first. Further diagnosis costs up to £25 only if agreed beforehand. If the HDMI repair is not carried out, unused repair payments are refunded after separately approved services and agreed return postage.
Repair time and warranty
Usually 1–4 working days after arrival, plus delivery both ways. The fitted HDMI part has a 12-month warranty; accidental damage, liquid damage and unrelated faults are excluded. Your statutory rights remain unchanged.
