What’s included

We check the fault first
A bent, loose or damaged port can cause picture problems. Other faults can also cause no signal. We inspect your console first and ask you to approve a quote for any extra work.
Which consoles?
Both Disc and Digital editions of the original PS5. If you are unsure of the model, choose “Not sure” when booking. Tell us if the console has had liquid damage or a previous repair.
Repair time and warranty
Usually 1–4 working days after arrival, plus delivery both ways. The fitted HDMI part has a 12-month warranty against faults. Accidental damage, liquid damage and unrelated faults are excluded. Your statutory rights remain unchanged.
