Check these first
Try another HDMI cable and a different TV input. Check that the TV is set to the correct input. Look for bent pins or a loose port, but do not put tools inside or force the cable.
The light does not confirm the fault
A solid white light with no picture does not prove the HDMI port is damaged.

Book your PS5 in for inspection and HDMI port repair. £60 for the repair plus postage at real courier prices. If it needs a different repair, we contact you with a quote before extra work.
