Pack the console safely
Remove discs, cables, controllers and the detachable stand. Pad every side in a sturdy outer box. Protect the ports and fill gaps so the console cannot move.
Repair time and warranty
Usually 1–4 working days after arrival, plus delivery both ways. We check the fault and ask before any extra work. The fitted part has a 12-month warranty; accidental damage, liquid damage and unrelated faults are excluded. Your statutory rights remain unchanged.
